Fårikål has been listed as the Norwegian National Dish several times since the 1970s. The Fårikålens Dag is celebrated the last Thursday of September each year.
This fall we have decided to celebrate the Fårikålens Dag at Trolltunga Restaurant. If you want to try the flavors of Autumn and celebrate Fårikålens Dag Your are welcome to visit us 28th of September. The restaurant is open 17.00-22.00.
We serve Sheep with cabbage
-Lamb kebabs on beds of different types of cabbages.
-Lamb sausage on cream boiled cabbage.
-Lamb carre with garlic-scarred Brussels sprouts.
All served with baked amadine potatoes and lamb sauce with a hint of red wine
